Our learning journeys enable stakeholders in the health and social services sectors, the welfare sector, solution providers, and policymakers to gain firsthand, practical experience with innovative care models, technologies, and working methods. To this end, we develop tailor-made programs, connect participants with relevant institutions, startups, research partners, and experts, and facilitate professional exchange. Site visits, expert discussions, and moderated workshops open up new perspectives and highlight both the success factors and the challenges of specific solutions. This allows participants to apply the insights gained directly to their own organizations and translate them into concrete ideas, collaborations, and next steps.
DUCAH designs and facilitates both international study tours to selected innovation regions and delegation trips to Berlin and Germany. For both types of programs, we develop tailored itineraries, facilitate connections with relevant stakeholders in our network, and create opportunities for professional exchange, new perspectives, and concrete collaborations.

We identify relevant real-world examples, institutions, and discussion partners, and develop an agenda tailored to your specific questions. On site, we provide insights into innovative service delivery models, technologies, and working methods, and create opportunities for direct exchange with experts from the fields of practice, research, and business. Together, we reflect on the insights gained and apply them to the specific challenges and development initiatives of your organization.
DUCAH develops customized specialized programs in Berlin and other regions of Germany for international delegations. Through our network, we facilitate access to key players in the health and social services sectors, as well as to research institutions, startups, companies, public institutions, and innovative care projects. The programs combine professional insights with personal exchanges and enable participants to gain first-hand knowledge of structures, solutions, and current developments in Germany. In doing so, we specifically create opportunities for joint projects, international partnerships, and long-term knowledge transfer.
